Traders prosecuted by Hampshire Trading Standards

Mr Robin Casson

Mr Robin Casson, a sheep farmer pleaded guilty to 2 offences under the Animal Health Act 1981 at North Hampshire Magistrates' Court (sitting at Aldershot) on the 30/11/2017 concerning his failure to produce his holding register to a Trading Standards Officer after several requests and his failure to submit an annual inventory of the sheep he kept to the Secretary of State (DEFRA).

Mr Casson was fined a total of £2,400. Costs of £4,000 were awarded.
