Apply for a contribution towards your project

If you have a fully planned project, complete the Countryside Access Parish Delivery Partnership form. Tell us what you plan to do, the costs involved and the benefits it will bring.

If you have an idea for a project and would like to discuss with your local Community Engagement Ranger, please email [email protected]. We’ll get back to you to find out more and advise whether it is something that would be suitable for the Parish Delivery Partnership to support.

Next steps

  • We will be in touch within two weeks of receiving your completed form, either for more information or to let you know if we will be able to support your project
  • If we can provide a contribution towards your project, you will be asked to sign a project delivery agreement
  • To receive the agreed contribution to your project you will need to provide an invoice, we will give you instructions on how to do this
  • Keep in touch with your Community Engagement Ranger throughout the project and inform them when it has been completed. They will then come to inspect the work (where applicable) to ensure it has been completed to the necessary standard
  • Don’t forget to take pictures – we love to see before, during and after photos of projects so we can demonstrate all the great things you have achieved with your funding
