Highways – Permanent Traffic Order Notices from Hampshire County Council in Fareham area

TRAFFIC ORDER PROPOSAL – NEW DEVELOPMENT AT FRIARY MEADOW, OFF CARTWRIGHT DRIVE, FAREHAM

Due consideration having been given to S.122(1) and S.122(2) of the RTRA 1984 Hampshire County Council proposes making a traffic order as follows:

EFFECT OF ORDER:

Will be to introduce no waiting at any time on the unnamed access road into the new retirement village at Friary Meadow, Cartwright Drive, Titchfield, Fareham and into the Country Park car park leading off this new road.

FURTHER DETAILS: A copy of this notice, the proposed order, a map showing the location and effect of the proposal and a statement of reasons may be viewed at https://www.hants.gov.uk/community/publicnotices or inspected during the usual office hours at the following places:

(i)Lockswood Library, Locks Heath District Centre, Southampton SO31 6DX (Opening Hours: Monday – closed; Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday 9.30 – 5.00; Thursday 9.30 – 7.00; Saturday 9.30 – 1.00)

(ii)Fareham Borough Council, Civic Offices, Civic Way, Fareham PO16 7AZ (Opening Hours: 8.45 – 5.15)

(iii)Hampshire County Council Headquarters, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ (Opening hours: Mondays to Fridays 8.30 – 5.15)

OBJECTIONS: All objections and other representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the undersigned quoting reference: - A1042/SL by 13 September 2019. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made. Persons wishing to make objections or other representations are advised that in the order-making process, objections or other representations may become publicly available and therefore the names and addresses of those persons making objections or other representations may also be made publicly available.

TITLE: The order, if made, will be known as "The Hampshire (Access to Friary Meadow, Titchfield, Fareham) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2019."
