Romsey Extra-Care (Older Adults) - Early Market Engagement

Hampshire County Council is intending to procure social care services to support the independence of older adults within a purpose built, mixed tenure, extra-care scheme to be located in Romsey in the Test Valley district in Hampshire. The extra-care scheme will comprise 54 flats and is currently under construction, being anticipated to open in the Spring of 2021. Prior to starting the procurement, the Council is inviting organisations who have an interest in providing such services to an early market engagement event to consider the care provision that might be required within this extra-care scheme, with particular reference to: • 24/7 service delivery• Residents' wellbeing • The care provider - housing management relationship• On-site community hub activity.

The early market engagement opportunity has been arranged for Friday 15th November, from 9.30 am to 12.30pm, and will take place at Hampshire County Council offices in the Mitchell Room, Elizabeth II Court, Winchester SO23 8UJ.
