Highways – Permanent Traffic Order Notices from Hart District Council in Hart area

Notice is hereby given that The Hart District Council pursuant to arrangements made under Section 101 of the Local Government Act 1972 with Hampshire County Council in exercise of its powers under sections 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 124 and Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (the Act of 1984) as amended and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act of 1984, proposes to make the following Order:

The title of the Order, if made, will be HART DISTRICT COUNCIL (PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND LOADING AND PARKING PLACES) (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2017 (AMENDMENT NO. 4 DISABLED BAYS) ORDER 2019

The effect of the Order will be to introduce the following expressions and are further detailed in the draft Order:

Disabled Persons Vehicle

Disabled Persons Parking Place

Objections

All objections and representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the Hart District Council by Friday 15 November 2019 to infrastructure@hart.gov.uk, and must state the grounds on which they are made.
