Hampshire County Council's 'All our Talents' SEND Employability Plan sets out our ambition that all young people with SEND, including those with more complex needs, should be supported to develop the skills and gain the qualifications and experience they need to secure a good job.
Our overarching objective is to 'develop and deliver a county wide, joined up and high performing employability offer for SEND young people which maximises progression into sustained employment'.
Hampshire County Council is seeking interest from education and skills providers who are interested in delivering a SEND Employability Hub as part of a 3-year pilot.
