Notice of Application for Planning Permission

Town and Country Planning (Development Management Procedure) (England) Order 2015

Proposed development

at: Land at Folly Hill, Folly Hill Lane, Itchen Stoke SO24 9TF (with part of the application within South Downs National Park)

by: Burge's Field Winery Company Ltd

Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:

Demolition of existing agricultural building; erection of new winery building; new access road; parking; landscaping; and associated works

Legislation requires that where an application crosses a National Park boundary, the parts of the application which lie outside of the National Park should be dealt with by the County Council and not the relevant City, District or Borough Council.

A separate planning application is being considered by the South Downs National Park Authority for the parts of the proposal which lie within their administrative area.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application on the Strategic Planning website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/ or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.
