THE CITY OF SOUTHAMPTON (HULSE ROAD) (LIDL DEVELOPMENT) ROAD HUMP NOTICE 2020

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL in accordance with Section 90A and 90C of the Highways Act 1980 and the Highways (Road Humps) Regulations 1999 intends to construct a road hump in Hulse North as described below:

Highways – Permanent Traffic Order Notices from Southampton City Council in Southampton area

At its junction with Banister Road, height of 100mm and length of 3.7m

The proposed road hump is to facilitate a continuous footway across Banister Road.

A plan showing the road hump positions will be emailed or posted upon request. Further information may be obtained from the Southampton Highways Partnership (Traffic Management) on 023 8079 8064.

Any person wishing to object to the proposals must write to the Highways Legal Team, Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton SO14 7LY or email: Traffic.Orders.Legal@southampton.gov.uk, quoting the title of this Notice and stating the grounds for objection, within 21 days of the date of this Notice (i.e. by 14th August 2020)
