NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT SOUTHAMPTON CITY COUNCIL in accordance with section 65 and section 66 of the Highways Act 1980 intends to construct the following cycle tracks:

Highways – Permanent Traffic Order Notices from Southampton City Council in Southampton area

Thornhill Park Road Footways and Verges, north side, From 1m west of the boundary between 121/123 Thornhill Park Road eastwards to the extended boundary between 127b/129 Thornhill Park Road, on pedal cycles and on foot (shared use)

Thornhill Park Road Footways and Verges, south side, From the extended shared boundary between 130/132 Thornhill Park Road westwards to 4m west of 120/122 Thornhill Park Road, on pedal cycles and on foot (shared use)

Hinkler Road Footways, east side, From its junction with Hinkler Park Road, southwards for 15m, on pedal cycles and on foot (shared use)

Hinkler Road Footways, west side, From its junction with Hinkler Park Road, southwards for 10m, on pedal cycles and on foot (shared use)

Kootenay Avenue Footways, southern closed end, For its entire length, on pedal cycles and on foot (shared use)

Any person wishing to comment on this notice must write to the Highways Legal Team at Southampton City Council, Civic Centre, Southampton, SO14 7LY or email Traffic.Orders.Legal@southampton.gov.uk quoting the title of this notice, within 21 days of the date of this Notice (i.e. by 9th October 2020).
