THE HAMPSHIRE (BASINGSTOKE AND DEANE BOROUGH NO.53) (PARISH OF BAUGHURST – PART OF BRIDLEWAY 1) PUBLIC PATH EXTINGUISHMENT AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2020
On the 24 September 2020 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 118 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to extinguish part of Baughurst Bridleway 1, commencing at SU 5770 6257 at a junction with Baughurst Bridleway 503, and proceeding in a north-easterly direction to rejoin Baughurst Bridleway 503 at SU 5787 6267.
