The following roads will be temporarily closed at some point during the next 18 months.

Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane East Hampshire Eastleigh Test Valley Winchester area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:
1) Long Walk, Easton, Winchester between its junction with Fair Lane and its junction with Easton Lane
2) School Lane, Headbourne Worthy, Winchester between its junction with London Road and its junction with Wellhouse Lane
3) Packridge Lane, Rownhams, Test Valley between its junction with Rownhams Lane and its junction with Toothill Road
4) Pinks Lane, Baughurst, Basingstoke between its junction with Heath End Road and its termination
5) Westlyn Road, Pamber Heath, Basingstoke between its junction with Heath Road and its termination
6) A272 link from Christmas Hill to Three Maids Roundabout, Headbourne Worthy, Winchester between its junction with Roundabout at Christmas Hill and its junction with Prior to A272 off slip joining
7) Salterns Lane, Bursledon, Eastleigh between its junction with Salterns Lodge and its termination
8) The Avenue, Liphook, East Hampshire between its junction with Headley Road and its junction with Longmoor Road
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES:
1) Fair Lane, Chapel Lane, Easton Lane
2) London Road, Belfield Lane, Springvale Road, Wellhouse Lane
3) Upper Toothill Road, Greenhill Lane, Rownhams Lane

DURATION OF ORDER: from 14th March 2022 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
