Hampshire County Council has received amendments to the application for planning permission for:

The winning and working of up to 230,000 tonnes of soft sand with phased working and restoration through backfilling with up to 435,000 tonnes of clean inert waste/materials (inclusive of reinstatement of material from original extraction), associated internal access routes, plant and infrastructure (Application No.20/01483/HCS)

The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.
Following the submission of a planning application on 7 July 2020 to which an EIA applies, notice is hereby given that further information and clarification has been provided to Hampshire County Council. The Information includes further information on Air Quality, Noise& Vibration, Water Environment, Traffic & Transport, Landscape and Visual and other clarification matters.
Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted and the amendments with the application on the Strategic Planning website at or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application. (The documents are on the Application Documents tab and dated 26 May 2022)

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from SLR Consulting Limited, 3rd Floor, Brew House, Jacob Street, Bristol BS2 0EQ. at a charge of £450 plus postage or electronic copy on CD for £10. The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address given above.
