ROAD TRAFFIC REGULATION ACT 1984 – SECTION 14.1
TEMPORARY ROAD RESTRICTIONS ON CAMPBELL ROAD, EASTLEIGH
By arrangements made under section 19 of the Local Government Act 2000 with Hampshire County Council, notice is hereby given that Eastleigh Borough Council proposes to make a temporary weight restriction order pursuant to the legislation above as the Council is satisfied that traffic (and/or pedestrians) on the road(s) below should be restricted because works are proposed to be executed on or near the road, the effect of which is detailed below.
Roads affected
Campbell Road, Eastleigh – Two-Way traffic lights + 7.5T weight restriction on the bridge (exemption for class 1 & 2 emergency vehicles).
Period of restrictions
Saturday 29 October 2022, 00:01 for a period of 6 weeks or when the works are completed, whichever is sooner. Notwithstanding it is expected that restrictions will be in place from Saturday 29 October - Monday 28 November 2022.

For bridge strengthening and refurbishment works.
