THE HAMPSHIRE (EAST HAMPSHIRE DISTRICT COUNCIL NO.26) (PARISH OF SELBORNE – PART OF FOOTPATH NO.32) PUBLIC PATH DIVERSION AND DEFINITIVE MAP AND STATEMENT MODIFICATION ORDER 2022
On the 30 September 2022 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert a section of the public footpath known as Selborne Footpath 32 which currently crosses a bridge adjacent to the pond between Lane Hanger and Island Copse, to a route crossing the river to the east of its current location.
