THE HAMPSHIRE (COLDEAST DRIVE, SARISBURY GREEN)(PROHIBITION OF DRIVING) ORDER 2022
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council made the above-mentioned Order on Monday 7th November 2022, in exercise of its powers and duties under the relevant Sections of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act"), and of all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act and having discharged its duty under section 122 of the Act.
GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECTS OF THE ORDER: Will be to prohibit motor vehicles in that part of Coldeast Drive between its junction with the access road leading to The Mansion and its junction with Stable Yard Mews, an approximate distance of 10 metres.
DATE OF OPERATION: The order will come into force on Tuesday 22nd November 2022.

(iv) Hampshire County Council Headquarters, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ (Opening hours : Mondays to Thursdays 08.30am – 17.15pm; Fridays 08.30am – 16.45pm)

APPLICATION TO THE HIGH COURT: Any person wishing to question the validity of the Order or of any of the provisions contained therein on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Road Traffic Regulation Act, 1984 or that any of the relevant requirements thereof or of any relevant regulations made thereunder have not been complied with in relation to the Order may, within six weeks of the date on which the Order was made, make application for that purpose to the High Court.
