The above named Order, made on 13 October 2022 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the restricted byway from its current alignment commencing at SU 7362 3158 a junction with road U.230 and Newton Valence Bridleway 23 and proceeding south-westward through Kings Farm to SU 7357 3151, to a new alignment commencing at SU 7362 3158 proceeding in a south-easterly direction along Newton Valence Bridleway 23 to SU 7364 3153 and continuing in a south westerly direction along the field edge to SU 7357 3151.
