NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.

ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:

1) A3013 Fleet Road, Fleet, Hart between its junction with Church Road and its junction with B3010 Kings Road.

2) Bullington Lane, Barton Stacy, Test Valley between its junction with Roberts Road and its junction with The Street.

3) Woolmer Lane, Liphook, East Hampshire between its junction with Rectory Lane and a point approximately 700m north.

4) Columbus Way (Roundabout), Andover, Test Valley between its junction with Doughty Way and its junction with Livingstone Road.

5) Curtis Lane, Headley, Basingstoke between its junction with Openfields and its junction with Frensham Lane.

6) Galley Lane, Headley, Basingstoke between its junction with Hillhouse Lane and its junction with A339 Newbury Road.

7) Junction Road/West Street Footpath, Andover, Test Valley between its junction with Western Avenue Footpath and its junction with a point 50m North East of the footbridge.

8) Kings Furlong Footbridge, Basingstoke between its junction with Elizabeth Road, Diana Close footpath and its junctions with Packenham Road footpath.

TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION – To impose a 30 mph temporary speed restriction on the following roads:

B2150 Hambledon Road (Well Hill), Denmead, Winchester between its junction with Rushmere Lane and its junction with Fareham Road.

Spitfire Roundabout/A31 Petersfield Road/A31 St Catherine's Way/A272 Spitfire Link, Winchester the following roads will be subjected to a 30mph speed restriction spreading out 1000 metres from the roundabout in question.

To impose a 50 mph temporary speed restriction on the following roads:

A340 Ringway West, Basingstoke between Winchester Road and Thornycroft Roundabouts, northbound and southbound carriageways, including Worting Road on and off slips.

TEMPORARY WEIGHT RESTRICTION – To impose a 3T weight restriction on the following road:

Mill Lane (the Nirth Warnborough Lift Bridge), Odiham, Hart the weight restriction between start of Mill Lane and Tunnel Lane will be restricted for the duration of the works

2) The Street, A303, A30, Gravel Lane, Bullington Lane

4) Doughty Way, South Way, Livingstone Road

5) Curtis Lane, High Street, Mill Lane, Headley Road B3002, Liphook Road, Frensham Lane

6) Hillhouse Lane, Ashford Hill Road, Newbury Road

7) Junction Road/West Street Footpath, West Street, Western Avenue footpath

8) Elizabeth Road, Dianna Close, Elizabeth Road Footpath, Ringway West footpath, Winchester Road West Subway, Winchester North North Subway, Winchester Road Footway, Portacre Rise Footway, Packingham Road Footway, Packingham Road Footpath

DURATION OF ORDER: from 13th February 2023 for a period of 18 months, excluding items 7 and 8 which will only be in operation for a period of 6 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
