ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:

1)      B3334 Gosport Road, Fareham between its junction with Stubbington Lane and its junction with May’s Lane.

2)      A33 Reading Road, Basingstoke between its junction with Popley Way and its junction with Ringway Roundabout.

3)      East Lane, Ovington, Winchester between its junction with Alresford Road and its junction with Ovington Park Lane.

4)      A31 The Sharve/ A31 Winchester Road/ A31 The Dene, Ropley, East Hampshire between its junction with Berry Hill and its junction with A32 Gosport Road.

5)      A339 Basingstoke Road, Beech, East Hampshire between its junction with Medstead Road and its junction with A339 Pertuis Avenue.

6)      Nuns Walk, Longparish, Test Valley between its junction with Southside Road and a point approximately 310 Metres North-East.

7)      Underdown Avenue, Havant between its junction with The Dale until the road ends.

23)   Winchester Road/ Pack Lane, Basingstoke between its junction with Brighton Hill Roundabout and its junction with Buckskin Lane.

TEMPORARY SPEED RESTRICTION – To impose a 30 mph temporary speed restriction on the following road:

A326 Marchwood Bypass, Totton & Eling, New Forest between its junction with Jacob’s Gutter Lane and its junction with Rushington Roundabout.  

A326 Marchwood Bypass, Totton & Eling, New Forest between its junction with Bulls Copse Road and a point approximately 600 Metres South-East along A326 Marchwood Bypass.  

REVERSAL OF ONE-WAY – To impose a reversal of a one-way system on the following road:

Joule Road, Andover, Test Valley between its junction with Reith Way and its junction with Whittle Road will be reversed for the duration of the works.

DURATION OF ORDER: from 9^th October 2023 for a period of 18 months, excluding item 10 which will only be in operation for a period of 6 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.)  Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
