Proposal:                     Construction of an education building (Class F1) with ancillary facilities comprising up to 5 storeys, rooftop plant and PVs, facilities building with cycle parking, vehicular and pedestrian access, accessible car parking bays, permanent and temporary landscape, drainage works, highway works, and other ancillary works (submitted in association with application 23/01528/FUL)..
