TEMPORARY ROAD CLOSURES – VARIOUS ROADS, COUNTYWIDE 2024 (No. 2)
The following roads will be temporarily closed at some point during the next 18 months.

Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane East Hampshire Havant New Forest Winchester area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:
1) Red Lane, Bradley, Basingstoke between its junction with Farleigh Road and its junction with Spain Lane
2) Hale Road, Hale, New Forest between its junction with b3080 The Ridge and its junction with Tethering Drove
3) Wentworth Grange, Winchester between its junction with Airlie Road and its termination
4) Southwood Road, Alton, East Hampshire between its junction with New Odiham Road B3349 and its junction with Brick Kiln Lane
5) Bushywarren Lane, Herriard, Basingstoke between its junction with Alton Road and its junction with Church Lane
TEMPORARY NO WAITING AT ANY TIME – To impose a temporary no waiting on the following road:
Yoells Lane, Havant the temporary no waiting restriction between Lovedean Lane and to the a point East of the northern house boundary of No.150 Lovedean Lane will be suspended for the duration of the works.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES:
1) Red Lane, Bagmore Lane, Axford Road, Berrydown Lane, Farleigh Road
2) Alternative Route: Forest Road, The Ridge, Morgans Corner, Paccombe, Lode Hill, Moot Lane, Hatchet Green Road, Hale Lane, Hatchet Green
3) N/A
4) New Odiham Road, The Avenue, Shalden Lane
5) College Lane, Axford Road, Bagmore Lane, Red Lane, Alton Road
DURATION OF ORDER: from 8th January 2024 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
