The following roads will be temporarily closed at some point during the next 18 months.

Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in Basingstoke and Deane Eastleigh Gosport Hart New Forest Test Valley area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council intends to make an order in accordance with the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 S.14 because of works on or near the road.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:
Queens Road, Chandlers Ford, Eastleigh between its junction with Randall Road and its termination
St Andrews Road, Basingstoke between its junction with Saint Andrews Road (spur) and its termination
Frog Lane, Basingstoke between its junction with Silchester Road and its junction with Ash Lane
Clappers Farm Lane, Basingstoke between its junction with Minchens Lane and its junction with Clappers Farm Lane
Wolversdene Gardens, Andover, Test Valley between its junction with Wolversdene Road and its termination
Green Drove, Smannell, Test Valley between its junction with A343 and its junction with MacCallum Road
Deane Cottages Lane, Basingstoke between its junction with Manor Farm Lane and its junction with Andover Road
Froghole Lane, Kings Somborne, Test Valley between its junction with Romsey Road and its termination
Northbrook Crescent, Rooksdown, Basingstoke between its junction with Park Prewett Road and its junction with Greenlands Road
Cross Lane, Ashmansworth, Basingstoke between its junction with Red Hill A343 and its junction with Ashmansworth Triangle
Staplewood Lane, Marchwood, New Forest between its junction with A326 (NE) and its junction with Long Lane
Cooks Lane, Lockerley, Test Valley between its junction with the entrance to Bussells and its junction with the entrance to Christmas Cottage
Crondall Road, Crondall, Hart between its junction with A287 Farnham Road and its junction with The Street/ Pilcot Road
The ‘TEMPORARY NO WAITING/ LOADING RESTRICTION – To impose a no waiting/ loading restriction on the following road:
South Cross Street, Gosport the no waiting/ loading restriction between Thorngate Way and High Street will be enforced for the duration of the works’ TTRO is suspended for exempted vehicles under The Borough of Gosport (High Street Area) (Pedestrianisation) Order 1989. Vehicles with exemptions to the Traffic Regulation Orders controlling the pedestrianised High Street will be allowed to enter High Street from Mumby Road up to approximately 15 metres west of South Cross Street, and also to exit High Street onto Mumby Road by turning left ONLY.

11) Long Lane, Hythe Road, Twiggs Lane. Egress from A326 Marchwood By-Pass north-east onto Staplewood Lane will still be available throughout the works, only the southern side of the carriageway will be closed.
12) N/A as the closure is situated on a dead-end section of Cooks Lane
13) Crondall Road, Pilcot Road, Church Lane, Farnham Road A287
DURATION OF ORDER: from 4th March 2024 for a period of 18 months. (This is the duration of the Order, not the works, which will vary according to technical requirements. Closure times and patterns will be indicated on site prior to and whilst the works are in progress.) Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
