at       Squabb Wood Landfill Site, Salisbury Road, Shootash Hampshire SO51 6GA

Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:

Variation of conditions 1, 2, 3, 10, 11, 13, 14, 19 and 24 of planning permission ref: 13/00208/CMAS revised restoration

The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

The proposed development affects public right of way.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application (Documents can be found on the Application Documents and Environmental Statement Documents tab) on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2024/0254 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from the Agent - Tetra Tech (please contact [email protected] ) at a charge of £300, or £30 for a CD. The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address given above.

Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online at the Development Management website at the address given above or write to Development Management, Universal Services, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 19 July 2024. Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. Anonymous or confidential representations will not be accepted. The details provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation.
