DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL:
Variation of Condition 2 attached to Planning Permission 21/02871/REM dated 29/04/2022 for the approval of reserved matters for the appearance, landscaping, layout and scale pursuant to outline planning permission ref 17/00471/OUT for the erection of 331 units, retail and commercial space, a community space, with associated internal access roads, car parking, open space, landscaping and drainage which requires substitutions of the approved plans to permit revisions to the approved parking strategy, the extension of an approved bicycle and bin store, and amendments to the design and siting of the stair lift core from the basement level of Block J
The above application which has been made if permitted could constitute a departure from the provisions of the Development Plan for the area.
The above application can be inspected at the Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4AE in the Main Reception between 08:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 08:30am – 4:30pm on Friday, other than Public Holidays. Alternatively they can be viewed online at www.hart.gov.uk. Any observations (quoting the appropriate Ref. No. 24/01074/AMCON) should be made in writing to the Head of Planning & Environmental Regulation at the above address by 05th July 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any representations received may be open to inspection by members of the public.
