The above-named Order, made on 20 June 2024 under Sections 26 and 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will create a 2 metre wide footpath commencing at a junction with Violet Lane proceeding in a north easterly direction between post and rail fencing for approximately 297 metres and extinguish the public footpath commencing at a junction on Violet Lane and proceeds in a north easterly direction to SU 5797 6068, then turning in a north westerly direction to SU 5795 6070 as described in the Schedules to the orders.
