Hampshire County Council has made an order to temporarily close the above mentioned routes under Section 16A of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, subject to the consent of the Secretary of State for Transport under Section 16B(1)(b) of that Act, to facilitate the holding of the Boomtown Festival.
