NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under S.14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984, to allow works to be carried out on or near the road.

ROAD TO BE CLOSED:

1. Vicarage Lane between its junction with Church Street and its junction with Hammonds Lane.
2. Church Street between its junction with Vicarage Lane and a point approx. 70 metres East.
3. School Lane between its junction with Vicarage Lane and a point approx. 90 metres South.
4. Hale Close between its junction with Church Street and its termination.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Church Lane, Petersfield Road, Maddocks Hill

DURATION OF ORDER: from 27^th August 2024 for a period of 6 months or until completion of the works whichever is sooner.  (Notwithstanding, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day, working between the hours 09:00 – 15:00).

The Road Closure has been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate works for Connect It Utility Services to carry out upgrades for overhead lineworks. If there are any queries or enquires regarding this Order please contact: [email protected]

Connect It Utility Services will provide reasonable facilities to allow access to adjacent premises and provide notice to those directly affected while the work is being carried out.
