DESCRIPTION OF PROPOSAL:

Variation of Condition 9 (Biodiversity Management Plan) attached to planning permission 22/01859/FUL dated 20.03.2024 to amend the wording.

 

The above application which has been made if permitted could constitute a departure from the provisions of the Development Plan for the area.

 

The above application can be inspected at the Civic Offices, Harlington Way, Fleet, Hampshire, GU51 4AE in the Main Reception between 08:30am – 5:00pm Monday to Thursday and 08:30am – 4:30pm on Friday, other than Public Holidays. Alternatively they can be viewed online at www.hart.gov.uk. Any observations (quoting the appropriate Ref. No. 24/01835/AMCON) should be made in writing to the Head of Planning & Environmental Regulation at the above address by 10th October 2024. Please note that in accordance with the Local Government (Access to Information) Act 1985, any representations received may be open to inspection by members of the public.
