The following road will be temporarily closed sometime during the next month. Expected start date 03/11/2024.

Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in Havant area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council has made an order under Section 16(A) of the Road Traffic Regulations Act 1984 to allow the Hayling 10 Road Race to take place on the Sunday 3rd November 2024.
ROADS TO BE CLOSED: those parts of the following roads:
1) West Lane, Parish, District between its junction with A3023 Havant Road and its junction with Station Road.
2) Station Road between its junction with Staunton Avenue and its junction with West Lane.
3) Sinah Lane between its junction with Park Road and its junction with Staunton Avenue.
4) Park Road between both of its junctions with Sinah Lane.
5) Sinah Lane between its junction with Park Road and its junction with Sea Front.
6) Sea Front between its junction with Sinah Lane and its junction with Beachlands Service Road opposite Gorseway Nursing Home.
7) Sea Front between its junction with Beachlands Service Road (Garron Roundabout) and its junction with Bembridge Drive.
8) Staunton Avenue between its junction with Sinah Lane and its junction with Sea Front.
9) Bacon Lane between its junction with Staunton Avenue and its junction with Fernhurst Close.
10) Fernhurst Close between its junction with Bacon Lane and its termination.
11) Beachlands Service Road between its junction with Sea Front (Gorron Roundabout) and its junction with Sea Front opposite Gorseway Nursing Home.
12) Bembridge Drive between its junction with Sea Front and its junction with Culver drive.
13) Culver Drive between its junction with Bembridge Drive and its junction with Southwood Road.
14) Southwood Road between its junction with Culver Drive and its junction with Creek Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTES:
1) Traffic will be managed by Marshalls and will allow to traffic to flow once runners have passed.
DURATION OF ORDER: on Sunday 3rd November 2024 between the hours 09:00 – 11:00 for 1 day or until the event has ended, whichever is sooner. Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
The Road closures have been granted by Hampshire County Council to facilitate the event for Hayling 10 Road Race.
