The above-named Orders, made on 10 October 2024 under Sections 26 and 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish the public footpath commencing at land boundary at the rear of the property at No. 30 Brunel Close and proceeding in a south-westerly direction and continuing through the neighbouring property and across the street, continuing through Nos. 9 to 12 of Brunel Close, terminating at the rear of No.12. A footpath will be created commencing at the junction with the existing footpath at the rear of No. 30 Brunel Close outside of the property boundary and proceeding in a southerly direction to join Micheldever Footpath 511, as described in the Schedules to the Orders.
