1. Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, that Hampshire County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to CHERBOURG PRIMARY SCHOOL Cherbourg Road, Eastleigh SO50 5QF (category of school –Community School) with effect from September 2025.

2. Cherbourg Primary School has an established Resourced Provision for Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. It is proposed to increase the SEMH Resourced Provision by 4 places from 7 to 11 from September 2025. This change will not affect the overall capacity of mainstream places at Cherbourg Primary School.

3. There are no capital costs to this proposed change.
