On the 30 October 2024 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert part of Binsted Footpath 10e, commencing at a point on the driveway of Hillside, proceeding in a south-westerly direction along the garden boundary for approximately 125 metres, to a new alignment commencing at a junction with The Straits, east of the original line, proceeding in a south-westerly direction along field edge for approximately 141 metres.
