The above-named Order, made on 10 October 2024 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert part of the above-mentioned public footpath from its current alignment, commencing at a point approximately 15 metres from the access road to River Hill Farm (off Binsted Road) and proceeding in a north to north-easterly direction around the eastern perimeter of two paddocks for approximately 67 metres, continuing in a north-westerly direction for approximately 18 metres onto an adjacent field. The proposed diversion route will commence at previously described junction with the access road to River Hill Farm, proceeding in a westerly to north-westerly direction following the paddock boundary, to a north to north-easterly direction, merging into the above-mentioned field.
