NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN of the receipt of the following application(s):

Application No: 24/01298/FUL (Major and Conservation Area) 
Proposal: Redevelopment of the site and erection of purpose built student 
accommodation comprising four to seven storey blocks containing 162 
bedspaces with provision of new access and associated car parking and 
landscaping
