1. Notice is hereby given, in accordance with Section 19(1) of the Education and Inspections Act 2006, that Hampshire County Council intends to make a prescribed alteration to CROOKHORN COLLEGE Stakes Hill Road, Waterlooville, PO7 5UD (category of school – Foundation School) with effect from September 2025.

2. The proposal is to install a double modular classroom to allow the Resourced Provision to be based in the Goodwood Block in an area currently used for humanities. Hygiene facilities and office space can be made available in adjacent areas. This will provide accommodation to meet the needs of up to 15 secondary aged pupils with ASC needs which will open in phases from September 2025. This change will not affect the overall capacity of mainstream places at Crookhorn College. 

3. Capital costs for this proposed change are estimated to be in the region of £530,000.
