The above orders, made on 28 November 2024 under sections 26 and 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public footpath commencing at a point on Soberton Footpath 18 at SU 6201 1334, on the southern boundary of Huntbourne Farm and proceeding in a westerly direction around farm buildings and continuing northwards to rejoin Soberton Footpath 18 at SU 6197 1338, as described in the Schedule to the order.
