The above-named Order, made on 27 February 2025 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the above-named public footpath from its current alignment which commences at SU 7883 4365 and proceeds north-westwards to a junction with Bentley Footpath 501 at SU 7874 4370; to a new alignment commencing at SU 7883 4365 and proceeding north-westwards following the boundary of paddocks and a sewage works plant to a junction with Bentley Footpaths 501, 13a and 14 at SU 7878 4371.
