Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Hampshire County Council in New Forest area
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that Hampshire County Council, because of works on or near the road, considers that the closure to the road(s) mentioned below should come into force without delay.
ROAD(S) TO BE CLOSED: that part of Whitefield Road between its junction with B3058 and its junction with Ashley Road.
ALTERNATIVE ROUTE: Station Road, Old Milton Road.
DURATION OF THIS NOTICE: From 7th April 2025 for a maximum period of 21 days or until completion of the emergency restriction, whichever is sooner (Notwithstanding the above, it is expected that the closure will be required for no longer than 1 day working between the hours of 08:30-17:00).
Reasonable facilities will be provided to allow access to adjacent premises while the work is being carried out.
