The above orders, made on 10 April 2025, under sections 26 and 118 of the Highways Act 1980, will create a public footpath commencing at SU 5477 0388 on Fareham Footpath 65 and proceeding southwards along a field edge to a junction with Old Street, and extinguish a section of Fareham Footpath 65 that currently runs inside the perimeter of the same field, as described in the Schedule to the order.
