On 03 April 2025 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 26 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed will create two public footpaths in the parish of Baughurst, both commencing at a junction with Heath End Road and proceeding through an area of public open space and continuing in a south-easterly direction over open ground to a junction with The Hawthorns.
