Notice under Article 13 of Application for Planning Permission Accompanied by an Environmental Statement

 Proposed development

 at       Marchwood Quarry, Bury Road, Marchwood Hampshire SO40 4UD (EIA)

by       Marchwood Aggregates Ltd

Hampshire County Council has received an application for planning permission for:

 

Variation of condition 1 of Planning Permission 12/99110 to extend the time period of completion by one year (31 December 2026)

The application is accompanied by an Environmental Statement.

Members of the public may inspect copies of the application, the plans and other documents submitted with the application (Documents can be found on the Application Documents and Environmental Statement Documents tab) on the Development Management website at https://planning.hants.gov.uk/Planning/Display/HCC/2025/0186 or by making arrangements directly with the Case Officer to view a paper copy of the application.

Members of the public may obtain copies of the environmental statement from the Agent - Land and Minerals Management, Roundhouse Cottages, Bridge Street, Frome BA11 1BE at a charge of £120 or £15 for an electronic copy. The documents can also be downloaded from the Strategic Planning website at the address given above.

 Anyone who wishes to make representations about this application should make their comments online at the Development Management website at the address given above or write to Development Management, Universal Services, Elizabeth II Court West, The Castle, Winchester, Hampshire, SO23 8UD, by 13 June 2025. Representations must include a name and address to be accepted. Anonymous or confidential representations will not be accepted. The details provided will only be held for the purposes of considering your representation.
