THE HAMPSHIRE (RUSHMOOR BOROUGH COUNCIL) (ALEXANDRA ROAD, FARNBOROUGH) PROHIBITION AND RESTRICTION OF WAITING AND ON STREET PARKING PLACES (CONSOLIDATION) ORDER 2021 (AMENDMENT NO. 3) ORDER 2025

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Hampshire County Council made the above-mentioned Order on Tuesday 29th April 2025, in exercise of its powers and duties under 1, 2, 4, 32, 35, 45, 46, 39, 53, 122(1) and 122(2) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 (“the Act”), Part IV of Schedule 9 of the Act and of all other enabling powers, after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 of the Act, and having discharged its duty under section 122 of the Act.

General nature and effectS of the Order: Will be to vary The Rushmoor Borough Council (Various Roads in Farnborough) (Prohibition and Restriction of Waiting and on Street Parking Places) (Farnborough Consolidation) (C0021) Order 2021 insofar as it relates to schedules 1.01 and 4.06 of that order as described in Schedules I and II (respectively) below:

APPLICATION TO THE HIGH COURT: Any person desiring to question the validity of the Order or of any of its provisions on the grounds that it is not within the relevant powers of the Act, or that any of the relevant requirements of the Act or of any relevant instrument made thereunder has not been complied with in relation to the Order may, by Tuesday 10th June 2025 make application for the purpose to the High Court.
