On the 01 May 2025 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath in the Parish of Bentley from its current alignment which commences at SU 7883 4365 and proceeds north-westwards to a junction with Bentley Footpath 501 at SU 7874 4370; to a new alignment commencing at SU 7883 4365 and proceeding north-westwards following the boundary of paddocks and a sewage works plant to a junction with Bentley Footpaths 501, 13a and 14 at SU 7878 4371.
