Variation of Condition 2 (Approved Drawings and Documents), 6 (Tree Protection), 11 (Ecological Impact Assessment and Construction Lighting) and 12 (Landscape Mitigation) of planning application P/23/1004/FP, as amended by non-material amendment P/23/1004/MA/A, for the provision of a new primary substation, and undergrounding of existing 132kV pylons - changes to the layout of the primary substation compound, including (i)  replacement of one larger building for two smaller buildings; (ii)  alternative drainage provision; (iii)  alterations to hard and soft landscaping; and (iv)  realignment of the underground cabling route within the compound.
