Hampshire County Council, in collaboration with Southampton and Portsmouth City Councils, are seeking feedback and insight from the market to shape and inform a potential future procurement for waste disposal services across all three council areas.
Interested suppliers are invited to download the market engagement information provided and provide responses to the Authorities' questions where indicated in Part 3 of the Market Engagement Document.
Completed questionnaires should be returned no later than 5:00pm (17:00hrs) on Friday 30th January 2026.
