Highways – Temporary Road Closure from Test Valley Borough Council in Test Valley area

NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN under Section 14(1) of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 that The Borough Council of Test Valley as agent for Hampshire County Council (being the Traffic Authority) has made an Order to allow safe access for drainage and carriageway resurfacing works as follows :-

ROADS TO BE CLOSED Part of Picket Twenty from the junction with Levy Road to a point 80 metres north thereof.

ALTERNATIVE ROUTES From the northern point of closure north on Picket Twenty, east and south on Picket Twenty Way, west on Levy Road to the southern point of the closure and on the same roads in the opposite direction.

PERIOD OF ORDER From Monday 17 September 2018 for a period of 12 months or until completion of works, whichever is sooner.

DURATION OF WORKS It is expected the closure will be required for up to 5 days from Monday 17 September 2018 between 08:00 and 17:00 each day and as signed in advance on site.

Access to Furlong Close will be available at all times.

Reasonable access to adjoining properties will be available while the works is carried out.
