TRAFFIC ORDER PROPOSAL – PROHIBITION OF WAITING AT ANY TIME ON LIME KILN LANE, HARDLEY INDUSTRIAL ESTATE
Due consideration having been given to S.122(1) and S.122(2) of the RTRA 1984 Hampshire County Council proposes making a traffic order as follows:
EFFECT OF ORDER: will be to introduce prohibition of waiting at any time as follows:
Lime Kiln Lane (U148) - North-East to South-West Section (South-West of Hardley Roundabout) - North-West Side
i) Between its junction with the north-west to south-east section of Lime Kiln Lane and a point 64 metres north-east thereof.
ii) Between a point 105 metres north-east of its junction with the north-west to south-east section of Lime Kiln Lane and a point 121 metres north-east thereof.
Lime Kiln Lane (U148) - North-West to South-East Section - North-East Side
i) Between its junction with the north-east to south-west section of Lime Kiln Lane and a point 45 metres north-west thereof.
ii) Between a point 57 metres north-west of its junction with the north-east to south-west section of Lime Kiln Lane and a point 16 metres north-west thereof.
Lime Kiln Lane (U148) – North-West to South-East Section - South-West Side
Between a point 40 metres north-west of the centreline of its junction with the north-east to south-west section of Lime Kiln Lane and a point 27 metres north-west of that point.

(iii) Hampshire County Council Headquarters, The Castle, Winchester, SO23 8UJ (Opening hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 – 5.00)
OBJECTIONS: All objections and other representations in respect of this proposal must be sent in writing to the undersigned quoting reference:- A1037/SL by 14 June 2019. All objections must state the grounds on which they are made. Persons wishing to make objections or other representations are advised that in the order-making process, objections or other representations may become publicly available and therefore the names and addresses of those persons making objections or other representations may also be made publicly available.
TITLE: The order, if made, will be known as "The Hampshire (Lime Kiln Lane, Hardley Industrial Estate) (Prohibition of Waiting) Order 2019."
