THE BOROUGH OF EASTLEIGH (CHANDLER'S FORD AND HILTINGBURY) (AMENDMENT NO 5) ORDER 2019
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Eastleigh Borough Council pursuant to arrangements with Hampshire County Council has made the above mentioned Traffic Regulation Order in exercise of the powers of the said County Council under Sections 1, 2, 4 of the Road Traffic Regulation Act 1984 ("the Act") and Part IV of Schedule 9 to the Act, and of all other enabling powers, and after consultation with the Chief Officer of Police in accordance with Part III of Schedule 9 to the Act.
The effect of the Order will be to introduce:
a) 'No Waiting at Any Time' restrictions in the following roads:
Brook Close east side from 70 metres south of Shaftesbury Avenue southwards to its southern closed end, west side from 70 metres south of Shaftesbury Avenue southwards to its southern closed end, south and north sides for their entire lengths; Ford Avenue east side from its junction with Skipton Road southwards to 3 metres south of the boundary of Nos 17 and 19, and from 10.5 to 31 metres south of the northern boundary of No 15, west side from 25 metres north of its junction with Tangmere Rise northwards to 4 metres south of the boundary of Nos 12 and 14, and from 4.5 metres north of the boundary of Nos 12 and 14 northwards to its junction with Skipton Road; Tangmere Rise north and east side from 35 metres west of Ford Avenue to its western closed end, western closed end from the northern kerbline southwards to a point 1 metre north of the western boundary of No 6
b) 'Parking place for 2 hours no return within 3 hours Monday to Friday 8am to 6pm' in Brook Close east side from 21 to 41.5 metres south of Shaftesbury Avenue and from 51.5 to 61.5 metres south of Shaftesbury Avenue
The Order will come into operation on 24 June 2019.

Any persons wishing to question the validity of this Order or any provisions contained in it on the grounds that any requirement of the Act, or any instrument made under that Act has not been complied with in relation to the Order, may within six weeks from 14 June 2019 apply to the High Court for this purpose.
