The above-named Order, made on 8 November 2023 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath from its current alignment, commencing at a junction with Mayhill Lane at SU 5931 1760 and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for approximately 135 metres to SU 5940 1751; to a new alignment commencing at a junction on Mayhill Lane, approximately 75 metres to the east of the existing terminus at SU 5936 1760, and proceeding in a south-easterly direction for approximately 105 metres to rejoin the existing line of Footpath 10.

The above-named Order, made on 8 November 2023 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert the public footpath from its current alignment commencing at SU 4910 0785 and proceeding in a north, to north-westerly direction to SU 4905 0792. The diverted route will run north-eastward into the adjacent woodland before bearing northward and then westward to rejoin the existing route, an overall distance of approximately 129 metres.

The above-named Order, made on 26 October 2023 under Sections 118 and 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create a public footpath in the parish of West Tytherley, commencing at SU 2741 2991 at a junction with public road The Village (C202) and continuing in a generally south-easterly direction, navigating around existing buildings. From SU 27462 29884 the route proceeds in a north-easterly and then southerly direction around the boundary of a private garden to a junction with West Tytherley Footpath 3.

The above-named Order, made on 18 October 2023 under Sections 118 and 26 of the Highways Act 1980 will create a footpath in the parish of Hook commencing at a point on Hook Footpath 12 at SU 7361 5515 and continuing in a westerly direction for approximately 275 metres and turning in a south then south-easterly direction to connect with Hook Footpath 13. The extinguishment order will extinguish that part of Hook Footpath 13 that commences at a junction with Hook Footpath 12 at SU 7361 5515 and continues in a westerly direction for approximately 248 metres to Searls Lane.

On the 12 October 2023 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under section 119 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to divert the public footpath from its original alignment commencing at a point on Houghton Footpath 7 SU 3401 3481 proceeding north-westward through Houghton Down Farm to a junction with Road A.30 Salisbury Road, to a new alignment commencing at SU 3401 3481 and proceeding in a north-easterly direction following the field boundary to SU 3416 3523 and continuing in a north-westerly direction to a junction with Houghton BOAT 13.

On 5 October 2023 Hampshire County Council confirmed the above Order made under under Sections 118 and 26 of the Highways Act 1980. The effect of the Order as confirmed is to create a new public footpath commencing from SU 3074 2269 to 3055 2287 on Salisbury Road and proceeding in a north to northeasterly direction for approximately 148 metres and continuing in a easterly direction to a junction with Sherfield English Footpath 38; and extinguish the public footpath commencing from SU 3073 2270 off of Salisbury Road and proceeds in a north easterly direction to SU 3055 2289 to a junction with Sherfield English Footpath 38.
