The above named Order made on 09 December 2020, if confirmed as made, will modify the definitive map and statement for the by recording a bridleway which commences at the C87 The Middleway and proceeds in a north-easterly direction to B3400 London Road.
The above named Order, made on 13 January 2021 under Section 118 of the Highways Act 1980 will extinguish the restricted byway commencing at SU 2707 2669 at a junction with the road C59 (East Dean Road), Opposite Manor Farm, and proceeding in a southerly and then easterly direction to a point south of a storage facility at SU 2722 2659.
The above named Order, made on 22 October 2020 under Section 119 of the Highways Act 1980, will divert Fareham Footpath 36. The diverted route commences at a point on Heath Lane (Footpath 38) and proceeds in a south-westerly direction to follow the current field boundary for approximately 1129 metres, continuing in a westerly direction to a point on Brownwich Lane (Footpath 37).
The effect of the order as confirmed is to divert part of Braishfield Footpath 4 commencing at its junction with Paynes Hay Road to a point further west on the same road, proceeding in a southerly direction and continuing in an easterly direction between woodland and a field edge to rejoin Braishfield Footpath 4 south of Paynes Hay Farm.
