TRAFFIC REGULATION ORDERS : VARIOUS ROADS, NEW FOREST DISTRICT – CHANGES TO PARKING PERMITS
THE GENERAL NATURE AND EFFECT OF THE ORDERS : Will:- 1. Introduce virtual permits for designated permit parking places in New Forest; and 2. Allow checking of a valid permit for a parked vehicle by means of a handheld device and an electronic database approved by the Council as an alternative to displaying a valid permit in the vehicle when parked in a permit parking place. 3.
